"House is cute and tidy and fully equipped with everything we needed. Description of the property says it has a fully fenced yard for pets. This is NOT true. Several pieces of fence missing or holes where a pet could get out or another animal could come into yard. Neighborhood is old and rundown looking. Not exactly restful atmosphere."

"Tonya was wonderful to work with! She allowed us to check in an hour early and was very thoughtful with dinner recommendations. The house was clean and very comfortable. We were there to move our son into his dorm at The College of Coastal Georgia. This house is in a perfect location to easily and quickly get to the college, downtown Brunswick, St Simons and Jekyll Island. I highly recommend this house! "

"We felt welcome from the moment we walked in and there were lights and fans left on for us. The house was very roomy and clean. Kitchen was fully stocked. We could only figure out the large TV but that seems to be the case for us in a lot of places. Perhaps some written instruction might help the next non-tech people. The only issue for us was the bed, the beds where very soft and we prefer a harder mattress."
