"We enjoyed a nice long weekend stay and were able to bring our boat and our dog. Nice parking with plenty of room for our trailer, our car and a guests car when needed. The public boat launch is only 10 minutes away. The cottage is dated but has a nice updated bathroom downstairs. Only a queen bed in the small downstairs bedroom made it kinda tight. "The location of the property was close enough to all the things to do in the area and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. My friend and I appreciated the communication with the owner and the ease of check-in and check-out. There is an apple tree in the front yard so we had to make sure to not bother the bees feasting on fallen apples. Otherwise, a pleasant stay!"

"The house is big with lots of room. There were 4 couples and 5 kids in our group. We each had our own space to spread out. It was very nice to have 3 bathrooms. We had room to play family games, one night we grilled, and we truly appreciated being able to bring our fur baby. We were able to walk to South Beach and shopping. The house was clean and the owner was easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend for a large group."
