Initially confusion because there was no communication from the Host (advised as being provided 2 days prior). Attempts (many) to log in saw the code advised as being refreshed in 15 seconds, so unable to access. So rang Stayz who put us in touch with the Host, the Host not initially knowing who the client was or where, but then resolved including that an introduction text was received advising the Unit number and entry detail. The situation was exacerbated by the Reception Desk advising no Stayz property at the site and that we should try a different building around the corner = rang Stayz direct. The Host then advised the room had not been made up but would be and that we would receive a refund (details awaited). Anyway, the room was made up within an hour or so and all was well past these complications.
Good facility, good location, secure parking. No exhaust fan in the bathroom (or it did not work) but no big deal. No Channel 9 on the TV in the dining/kitchen area (so no cricket!!). The air-conditioner appeared to be operational because it switched on but had no impact (no air coming out despite the fan being on 2) so not too sure what was going on there. Anyway, basically, it was not required but if it was warm it would have been an issue. The lock on the door to the balcony did not function but being Level 4, no issue. No laundry basket in the bathroom as advised. So there you go!!
