"We had a group of 12 and were provided 5 of the 6 rooms. I was surprised because that meant some people that were not related shared a room, but with that said it did work out because no one spent a lot of time in their room. "Everything we needed. Easy to find, communicative property manager, well stocked (towels, kitchen, games, water gear.) Dock was perfect, neighborhood is quiet, house is secure. There are business cards of boat captains on the counter - we struck a deal with Capt Joel, he picked us up from the dock and we had a great day snorkeling! We also used the day passes to Mayan Princess which was a nice place to hang out for the day with kids/teens."
