Fantastic Vacation
Condo was exactly as described. Clean, spacious and the location was ideal. One thing I would suggest for safety reasons is a non slip mat outside of the hot tub. Tiles can be slippery when wet. But all in all not one complaint. Absolutely loved it.

Wonderful views, great location in the middle of restaurants and shops area. Beautiful condo, great cleaning staff and building staff. There were some maintenance issues that were not taken care of while we were there, but after bringing them to the owners attention, have been advised they have been fixed.

Location was perfect! Staff was amazing! Everybody had their own space and bathroom! It was wonderful to have a washer and dryer! The large balcony was perfect for early morning and evening family time with a gorgeous view!!!

Wonderful Vacation Spot!
Our family had a fabulous stay in this beautiful condo! The property was amazing and in a perfect location to experience the Cozumel Ironman event. We'd love to come back someday!

Great Location
Very nice place with helpful staff. This is our 5th stay at El Cantil. Close to restaurants, Shopping and bars. Our Dive Boat (Aldora) pickup and drop-off at the Dock on property.

Palacio apartment
Everything was perfect in everywhere at. So much space in the apartment, perfectly furnished and all the necessary amenities you expect for a stay. Appreciated that we could rent a pack n play for our little one. Pool was perfectly clean at all times, and warm! Loves that there was a mini sand area and ladder out to the sea. Great snorkeling right here!! Great doormen kept the area secure and helped with luggage and taxis. The area around was filled with lots of fun things to do and restaurants, plus a playground. Everything felt very safe. Would definitely stay at this place again.

So great!
It was a perfect location & spacious! The pools are so nice & the dock to the ocean is wonderful. We had 4 kids ages 12-16 and they loved it too! Also huge benefit is it’s right by the grocery store. We had issues with the AC & they can right away to fix! Wonderful stay, highly recommend it!

Great location in Cozumel!
We enjoyed our stay at El Cantil! When checking in, they told me they weren’t expecting anyone- didn’t have any key cards ready. Had to go back down to receive them. Small inconvenience- for a great week.

This condo is pretty much perfect. 4 amazing bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and a stunning ocean view. Great location and both the property manager and owner were great to communicate with, and accommodating. Highly recommend! You will be glad you stayed here.

Great location, Great host, Great Support Staff, and Super Comfortable
Remarkably large and comfortable place to stay. No one ever felt unsafe or uncomfortable in any way. The doormen and the housekeeper were all extremely nice and helpful. They were the best. Arnie, the host was very informative and responsive. The snorkeling immediately in front was so much fun, we did that almost every day. We appreciated the large cotton beach towels provided. The property has a convenient dock for boats. Fresh water rinsing stations near the pool made cleaning and drying diving equipment simple and secure. The grocery was a very short walk away and the apartment was convenient to a number of good places to eat out. The clothes washer and dryer were a god send. The apartment has a water filtration system at the kitchen sink for drinking water which I used to make coffee. However, the water was a tad distasteful for drinking and so we resorted to buying bottled water instead. This became a bit cumbersome as carrying water for 8 people every day became a physical challenge and eventually a time consuming distraction in an otherwise perfect experience. I wish the owner would have provided a bottled water dispenser. There's plenty of room for one. However, I would stay here again regardless and I highly recommend it. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed our brief 8-day stay and we can't wait to come back. Thanks Arnie for everything.

It was amazing. We lived every minute of it. My only complaints would be the park next door to the condo. The condo needs some type of shade for the living room area to block the evening sun .

Spacious & clean. Great pool, snorkeling, and staff.
Loved our stay here. Plenty of room for 4 groups. Clean and maid service a plus. Only a 20 minute walk to town center, but some shops and restaurants nearby. TWO big grocery stores very short walk away. Loved having an evening swim in the enormous pool...for relaxation and star gazing! Miss it already. Only issue... we had a question, and couldn't get the management phone numbers listed in their book to work. So not sure what was going on there. Would still 100% stay here again. The staff are all nice and helpful. Door man helps insure safety, too. Snorkeling right off condo was great. Saw puffer fish, parrot fish, Mexican reef stingray, and many others!

We had a great week. Property is beautiful and spacious, exactly as listed. The condo is well stocked with everything we needed. Staff were all very nice and helpful, cleaning staff did a great job. Very conveniently located with a grocery store across the street for anything you need.

This VRBO was one of the best we have ever stayed in! The owner was great to work with and the staff were fantastic. The location was perfect, with the best grocery store just one block away. We had a wonderful time with our family!

Great condo, location
We loved our stay here. Bedrooms were super spacious and we had plenty of space for our kids and a set of grandparents. We used the kitchen several times for meals and really enjoyed ourselves. It was Carnaval — so we had an amazing view of the parades and festivities — but it was loud so be sure to check those dates if noise is difficult for you. Great to be close to the action and town. Super walkable to delicious restaurants, ice cream, and grocery stores. Loved the pool and ocean access. We loved the view from the deck and watching the cruise ships dock. Will be back!

AMAZING STAY!!!
We absolutely loved our stay at this property in Cozumel. The photos are exactly as we found the condo. The unit is spacious, spectacular views of the beautiful ocean, pool and hot tub below are heated and very taken care of. We also enjoyed snorkeling just steps from the pool area as well. The condo location itself is perfect. We walked from the main Ferry dock, stopped for a drink and snack along the way in town. Two large grocery stores are both steps away from the condo. Restaurants as well. We will definitely be back and can't wait to stay here again.

Fantastic unit with lots of space.
This condo is fantastic! So much space for our group of friends. The location to groceries, restaurants and sights is perfect. We walked everywhere. Other than missing a few small items in the kitchen (tongs, oven mitts and pot holders), we made wonderful meals with the local foods. Loved our stay and highly recommend.
