"Felt right at home from the moment we arrived. With treats, bread and milk supplied. Room was nice and spacious. Great attention to detail. More amenities than a hotel room. We were blown away. Double glazed windows, fire place and location of our cabin was very private even though our neighbours were right next door. "We had a wonderful time at Crackenback resort. The property was excellent, clean, great location and very comfortable. We all really enjoyed the resort facilities, golf, archery, tennis, etc. The only reason I have given 4 rather than 5 stars is that the kitchen was very small with limited counter space so was a bit hard to cook. And there was no place to store our bikes undercover so they stayed outside in the rain. Apart from that we loved it and would defininitely return."

"The property was perfect for our stay, well equiped and warm home. Only thing missing was board games or similar and wifi would also be helpful for the tv. Given our stay was in May were lucky enough to have a little snow at crackenback and a lot more to play in near Thredbo. Beautiful location!"

"We stayed in Snowman 4 just after the winter season ended to do the Mount Kosciuszko hike. The hike was fantastic. We really enjoyed the quietness of the village. And the apartment was the perfect base to chill out and watch the storm roll past afterwards. Absolutely recommend staying at this place."
