"Was informed 3 days before stay that we would be staying in a different house to listing, which for us was ok. Clean bedding, comfortable beds. However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out". Clothes hanging on doors, shoes left where they had just taken them off, generally a untidy house."

"We booked at the last minute for a 2 night stay and was delighted with the log cabin which was spotless. The use of the garden was an added bonus being able to walk around rather than being restricted to our terrace. Clive and Kaeron were good hosts being friendly and helpful. We enjoyed it very much."

"Bank Cottage was a great spot for our family to stay the weekend. We loved the spot on the river and the garden was safe for our little ones. We didn’t have to worry about anyone falling in the Severn! The cooking and dining facilities were fine and we enjoyed the sitting area overlooking the patio. "I booked this very last minute, and im incredibly glad i did. We were greeted by a lovely friendly couple who couldn't of made us feel more welcome. Absolutely beautiful setting, surrounded by picturesque countryside. The accommodation was compact but well equipped and very cute. Immaculately clean with fresh towels for our use. A set for showering and a set for the hot tub. Hot Tub was the cherry on the cake perfect for a relaxing weekend. I cannot wait to book again. "

"I found sleep very difficult as there seemed to be a very noisy boiler (caldera) in my room or very close to the bed. This made noise for most of the night. I asked reception to call me a taxi and they would not, I was just given a list of companies I could call. Also as a lady with a suitcase no help offered with my bags."
