"Trout Lake has been an annual summer trip for us for the last 7 years and this house is our favorite rental by far. The cottage is cozy, but well appointed. We love the extensive waterfront in this beautiful cove and spend most of our time on the pontoon, in kayaks, hanging out on the dock or in the game room, and playing in the beautifully clear water. "The home comfortably slept 12 adults, and had all of the amenities needed. Location was serene. Home is a rustic farmhouse in the process of being renovated. For those with a dog allergy, bring your medicine. Dogs must either live in the home or have stayed there. I had a hard time breathing as a result. The rest of my family was fine."

"We are the original owners of this property so it was especially wonderful to stay once more at this beautiful property. The weather was fantastic, we had a family reunion of sorts with other siblings and family staying at other homes around the lake. "Enjoyed a family stay at Boyd Pond cottage. Sauna was great and enjoyed the kayaks and stand up paddle board. Fire pit out front with wood provided - roasting marshmallows was fun. King size bed and others beds were very comfortable. Drinking water was provided. Some weeds in the pond but much less when swimming further out. Hot tub was not working.
