Great communication with the property manager, always very responsive and willing to call round and answer any questions. Easy access to the hot tub was especially appreciated. "The property and staff are fantastic,the only thing I’ll do differently next time is change to a rear facing room as the sea view room we had was very noisy but that was obviously down to people enjoying themselves on a Saturday night.Unfortunately we had to leave early Sunday meaning we tried to get an early night but already looking forward to our next visit. "We only stayed for 2 nights but could not of picked a better location to stay. Apartment was clean and very well equipped and the hosts left some milk so we could have a cuppa on arrival. The cliff top is literally 20metres away with plenty of walks available overlooking the Isle of Wight . We would happily return and stay again."

"We had a lovely stay at Kim’s place. It was very clean and comfortable, including very comfy bed. Kim was always quick to respond / communicate and very friendly. Nice location on edge of new forest and next to Blashford Lakes where you can see all sorts of birds. We really enjoyed! "

"We were very lucky with the weather which helps but we love the area as there is always something to do. The cottage was spotless and has all amenities (apart from washing machine no space ) and there was a very nice cake awaiting us as well as tea ,coffee and milk . Parking was fine on quiet street and the garden is a delight. The owner kindly reminded us about the steep stairs but we managed as we did with downstairs bathroom. Overall highly recommended for a relaxing stay in New Forest."
