"This little Casita was perfect for a couple days of fishing at Lake Whitney and t(e Brazos river. The place was really clean and well equipped. The only negative is it’s on the west side of the lake so it’s hike to get to a grocery store, but I knew that going in since we owned a property in a near by development several years ago. No complaints here…would stay there again."

"This was a last minute decision to get away for the weekend.We enjoyed gilling steaks on the back deck. We had a fire each night. The guest before us had let their extra fire wood so we did the same for the next guests. "Wellspring Cottage was the perfect place for us to relax and refresh as we celebrated our anniversary. Wendy's welcome of beautiful flowers, tasty treats, and bubbly was a lovely surprise. The cottage is extremely comfortable and cozy, with many decorative details that add to its atmosphere. What a blast to tool around the property on the golf cart! We also really enjoyed fishing and sunning on the dock at the pond. Terrific place in every way!"

"We had some family stuff to do in the area. This house allowed plenty of space for 10 fmmediate family members and allowed family members to stop by for a visit and worked out wonderfully. "We recently bought a camper and have been traveling around Central Texas looking for a lake to buy some property on. This was our first time at Lake Whitney. It is a pretty lake, close to family and very laid back and relaxing. The RV spot is large and shady, with a firepit and all the hookups necessary. It is a great location, in the neighborhood close to Whitney Ridge marina. We will definitely be back soon!"

"What a wonderful vacation home! This place offers something for everyone. Fun for little kids, teens, and adults! Convenient access to area attractions and activities and far enough out of Waco for rural relief! We loved the scenic views and truly enjoyed the spectacular sunrises and soothing sunsets!! All this along with a symphony of birds singing. We hope to return on our next adventure in this area!"
