"Corola the property manager was amazing. The power had gone out in the area right before we got there, she was going to get us lanterns but it came back on so we called and let her know. Unfortunately the power only stayed on for 15 mins and then went back out the rest of the night. We disnt want to bother Corola to come out with the hope the power would come back on. Overall the property is very nice and bed was comfortable. Will need to visit again so we can really enjoy it more with power...

"Location of this house is phenomenal!! Path and beach directly across the street! Couple of issues with the house: couldn’t use gas fireplace as there was a bad odor that did not dissipate, broken children’s toy found under the sheets on one bed, a used earplug found in floor under bed in bedroom, film on front windows is deteriorating, altering view. "Had a great time staying at this property. The house is walking distance to a grocery store and a great donut shop. The Monterey Bay Aquarium was just a short drive away. "The views are wonderful! As stated, the home is only a few seconds from the beach. We have stayed in this area previously and this home has been the best. There are several upgrades which were greatly appreciated. Most important for me was Starlink WiFi! While I don't know much about Lululemon Studio / Mirror, our daughter was very excited and had a wonderful workout. When returning to the Monterey area, this is certainly a home we will return to! "

"This three bedroom house was a great retreat for my wife, two teenagers and I. Walkable to the beach. Is in the heart of downtown Carmel. We loved the spaciousness of the main living area and outdoor patio. Also the parking garage and elevator directly to the unit was awesome! The property managers were responsive and helpful.
