It wasnt bad. Just dont get a downstairs room, because IF they place a family above you, all you will hear is loud footsteps stomping around and loud conversations at all hours. It was just me in the room, and a family above me. The building is old and the walls are paper thin. Other than that, its not a bad spot to stay. There was a small gap under the door that i found an earwig crawling through. Overall, i was there for a night. Cant complain.

This is across the street from walkimg to the beach and minutes from a lighthouse. Dinner/coffee options are walkable.

Overall, the property was fine. The front office staff was very friendly and helpful. We liked the easy access to ice and filtered water. The room was average. There was a couple of issues with the cleaniness.

The property is definitely no frills. The lobby staff was friendly. Big areas were cleaned but details like bedside tables were not wiped down. The towels were not sparking white nor plush. I would not spend more than a day at this property and I would not choose to stay there in the future. It seems to be recently assumed by Motel 6 as that is the WiFi name. That tracks.

Good for one night, but with a few issues The room looked just like the photos — clean and generally comfortable. We stayed as a group of four and found it spacious enough, with all basic amenities provided. There were no unpleasant odors, though the room did have a faint smell of fresh paint or recent renovation. However, there were a few drawbacks. The heater/AC unit was quite loud and made it difficult to sleep, so we ended up turning it off in the middle of the night. The bathroom fan also didn’t work well, and if you leave the window open, it gets noisy outside, especially at night. Despite these issues, the hotel is still a solid choice for a quick overnight stop. Clean, safe, and practical — just don’t expect total silence or luxury.

Apparently, a converted Motel 6 that had not been updated. Parking was unsafe as their were vagrants sleeping at edge of parking lot. No frills, but better than sleeping in car.

The bathroom was dirty. The toilet was soiled. Hair was left on the counter and in the shower. The shower did not drain. There was a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The coffee leaks was dirty and in the bathroom. It was noisy

Walking distance to the beach, updated and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean, but could have been wiped down a little better. I would definitely stay again.

At first site I was a little weary about property but once I saw our hotel room and talked with wife and husband they put me at ease. Out room was excellent and people were nice and we really slept peacefully!! I would highly recommend this Beachside Inn. It was easy access to beach and we got to walk out to the lighthouse which was great to visit! Thanks to Husband and wife team at the inn we enjoyed our visit! And I would definitely stay again!

Stayed here for one night. Cleanliness is my main issue. I absolutely was not expecting the room to be anything special which is very fair for price, and it being by the water. However, I could not get comfortable in the room because it felt very dingy. Floors were sticky (probably from improper moping - too much soap). I had to wipe down splatter in the shower, and specs of fecal matter on the toilet. There were specks of dirt under the sheets by the end of the bed where someone’s feet would be. The linens were old and there were slight yellow stains on one of the pillows. Even the paper key-card slip was used. I was worried I might get bedbugs from a place like this. It might be a one off, but I definitely wouldn’t come back. I’ve stayed a front street inn about 5 years ago, which was about the same level, but much cleaner - Which is really all I care about! If you’ve worked as a cleaner, you know what’s up! I’m sure the average price of a motel has gone up, but this kind of place should really be $100 MAX, I paid about $121. By the beach = lower standards I guess.

On our way back north, this was a convenient stopover before we hit the road again. The place overall was near the main roads and close to food in the area. Overall the place could do with some updates to the rooms, but the price was competitive and facilities were better than some we had encountered on our trip.
