Comfortable Home
We enjoyed our time at the Cascadilla house in CB South. We frequent the CB / Gunnison area once a year and try different VRBOs. This one was very nice. Spacious, even though we did not use the basement level. Very comfortable with great views. We even heard elk bugling at night. The shower has great water pressure. Only complaint was the coffee pot was slow and coffee was not hot. Highly recommend for location, cleanliness, and spaciousness.

Fabulous fall adventure

Great access to mountain bike trails.
Arrived just after check in and everything was clean and orderly. Expectations regarding our stay and check out were clear and expected. Our visit was all about checking off some mountain bike rides and hanging out afterwards. Grateful for the kitchen utensils, etc. and the propane grill. It was also nice to have some space in the garage to store our bikes. Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

Cascadilla Camp for EPIC hiking
You are not going to find a better location in the Created Butte. Location allowed for easy access to great hiking while still providing the enjoyment of local flavor of the mountain town. I’d recommend to any and all, whether hiking, biking, or skiing, it is a A+ location. Managing staff was responsive and extremely informative making the stay stress free. Thank you.

Family vacation Crested Butte
My family of 5 enjoyed our stay in crested Butte. We played games, went on bike rides, hiked Mount Emmons , attended the outdoor mass, ate at secret pizza, went to the farmers market, and had dinner on the back porch. Great trip!!!

Review
House was very nice with no complaints at all. Only few items. I believe it made mention of having cable tv, it did not. It had Netflix and Apple TV but it was logged into owners log ins so seemed odd. Suggestion to add some blinds in master bedroom as got very bright soon as sun came up.

Fabulous House
The house was huge, bigger than we expected. And though our young granddaughters did not stay overnight, they visited and the home had an abundance of toys and books for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen was super well-equipped. Washer and dryer easily accessible on the first floor. The master bathroom was lovely, large Jacuzzi tub and plush towels. The mountain views were spectacular. The only downside to the master bedroom was the row of windows had no shades or curtains. It was bright in there with the full moon. Only other issue was the driveway, just a little tricky getting in and out. Overall our experience was wonderful.

Summer escape to Crested Butte
There were 6 women. We enjoyed our stay very much. Such a quiet neighborhood. Only criticism was the parking situation. Had we brought three cars we would have been uncomfortably crowded. The turn into the garage was too tight and so did not use. It would have been nice to have more spices in the kitchen and ice cubes ready to dispense in the freezer. Otherwise, very nice property.

Stunning views
View from the deck is fantastic. Saw deer next to the house in the evening several times. Has restaurants, coffee shop, liquor store just down the street and good hiking within a few miles. Well stocked kitchen. Cons were the shower heads were not the best. Gets warm in the master bedroom during the day. Lots of creaking and popping noises like the house is settling. All in all a great property in a great location. I'd go back again.

Clean, convenient rental
House was spotless, great views, convenient to Crested Butte, Almont, Gunnison, Blue Mesa. The only thing I would suggest is different sheets in the master bedroom and extra blankets for beds at night. Sheets were linen and had a rough texture. Overall a great rental with everything you would need.

Nice house with good view in a quiet neighborhood
Nice house. Quiet neighborhood. Minutes from downtown Crested Butte and trailheads. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Great communication from management company.

The perfect mountain vacation spot!
My family so enjoyed our experience at the house. We all had gathered in town for my son’s wedding on the mountain. We loved the home and felt so comfortable in it. The views in the Aspen we’re glorious. I see myself returning next time I am in Colorado. Thank you so much.

Spacious and lovely views!
Most everything was as expected! The neighborhood is outside of town but not too far and has really nice views. The living area is spacious and we never felt cramped even though there were 6 of us. Everything was well stocked and maintained. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the management company had good communication. There were a few cons, the house was very hot when we arrived, all the windows to the patio let loads of hot summer heat in, but once we opened things up and kept the blinds closed for most of our stay the temperature was better. Unfortunately the master bedroom only had window coverings for the one street side so the two sides that were sunny had no option to close up, therefore it was really hot up there and impossible to sleep past sunrise. A very fixable issue. And lastly the downstairs shower did not drain well at all so after 60 seconds in the shower there was a couple inches of water. We couldn’t get the drain stopper up to clean out even so four of us showered super super quickly. Again a fixable issue. Overall we were happy with our stay and would recommend the place, it was very clean which we appreciated. And if the management could get some blinds and fix the shower it would be even better!
