The perfect property with great location!
Wonderful property with open floor plan. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and impeccably maintained. The view from the balcony was amazing and the sunsets were awesome! Having a garage was a bonus!

Great Vacation Rental on Mount CB
Great space for all of us with updated amenities. Fantastic balcony with sunset views. Loved that they had fans to help circulate air since mountain homes don’t often have A/C!

This has to be the best equipped VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. Kitchen had every conceivable pan, tool, and gadget. Easily accommodated our group of nine adults. Would stay there again!

Perfect Mt Crested Butte proeery
Easy check in to property. Perfect for a family of 5 or more. Great kitchen and bathrooms and the garage is a plus. Bike room to store our bikes. Loved it!

great skiing trip
Clean, specious and comfortable condo. Close to slopes and ski in ski out for experienced skiers others can easily walk to the first lift. Great management and exact listing would definitely stay again when back to CB!

Great weekend in Crested Butte
We had a great time in the condo. Just had to walk down stairs and across a parking lot to be at the West Wall Lift. Plenty of space for our two families and kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome in every way!
We came to ski and prioritized being close to slopes. We counted the number of footsteps from the door of the condo to putting on our skis: 175 steps! Only 6 stairs! Truly hard to beat this place for proximity to skiing. The condo itself is super nice - 4 separate bathrooms. Heated floors in the bathrooms. Not to mention the heated bidet in the master bathroom (I spent entirely too much time enjoying the warm drying function!). And dog friendly! Super easy to go outside to let her do her business. Communication with the host was nearly instantaneous. We couldn't have hoped for a better stay We will definitely look to stay here again - time to start planning!

Summer Stay at Crested Butte
We booked 4 months in advance and a few days prior to arrival we were informed by the property manager that there would be an entire roof replacement going on. They proactively credited us a portion of the stay. The condo was very clean, I only gave 4 stars as the outside was an active construction zone. Overall this is a great location for folks who mountain bike as you are close to the lifts. We used it more for sleeping and meals as all of our activities required car trips to the town, trailheads, Lake Irwin, Blue Mesa, and the Slate River. Added bonus was Independence Day fireworks were just a few hundred yards away. We brought regular bikes which weren't very useful as the ride to town is all downhill but has some very narrow points on a busy road that would be dangerous for kids. Condo was big, kitchen had everything we needed, and bathrooms were updated. Walls are a little thin and we slept with windows open and not all had screens. Free Crested Butte Bus to town was nice too. Definitely recommend for a clean functional space in the Summer

Great skin-in condo!
A modest-sized, but well arranged and clean condo fit our party of 10 no problem. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was ample, sitting areas were great (separate loft was solid). You could mostly ski-in and a very short walk to ski down to the lift. Thanks!

Amazing ski in ski out property with endless views
Had an amazing stay here with my family and dog ! Place has spectacular views out of window and is a short click in your gear down to the slope. We didn’t even come close to fill up the place. It can comfortably accommodate a large family or multiple couples. Newly renovated and they did a great job with all that. Stop clicking around and book this spot !

Perfect for our group of adults.
Perfect place for a large group of adults. Everyone had their own space, lots of bathrooms, good entry area for corralling skis and snow boots. The condo was clean and well equipped. The ski-in/ski-out was a little too advanced for our single novice skier but everyone else handled it just fine. Shay was super-responsive and helpful. Would definitely rent it again.

Very functional, a few issues
We had 10 people in the group. The condo accommodated all comfortably. The kitchen was very well equipped. Response to minor issues was timely. I do not consider the unit to be ski in/out. One has to walk two long parking lots, a fairly long set of metal stairs and a ~20 snow packed hill below the metal stairs. The wifi was spotty, slow or wouldn't connect. The fire/smoke door is very hard to open (appears locked) if it was closed tightly (slammed). It was reported to the maintenance folks that fixed our minor issues. They said it would be reported to the HOA. It was not fix when we checked out several days later. I consider it a significan't fire hazard! Just logistically, we had to bring 3 cars. I understand the approved limit of 2 cars on the property. But there should be a way to arrange overnight parking outside of the property. We got 4 different answers from 4 different people, none of which assured a place to park over the weekend. While we didn't have a problem, the limitation of paper product supplies stated on the website seems rediculous when paying several thousand dollars rent for a week.

Just as advertised!
We had a group for a ski weekend and really enjoyed the property. Ski in ski out was fantastic, just a few short minutes to the lift. The property was just as advertised and communication with the property management was quick, easy, and helpful. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again in the future!

Nicely Accommodated 4 couples
It's not easy finding a place that sleeps 4 couples and being close to the village. This did nicely. Large enough; it was a long weekend, and we all get along good. We wanted to be in the village, ski in/out. It's downslope of the base area and there is a short walk to and from the side slope that gets you access to the main area. Walkable to mtn village, also local bus service to village and town. We had some issues with appliances and things but the property manager, Shay and her team, were excellent, responsive and very friendly. We cooked in most nights. The kitchen is moderately well stocked, and the cooks made it happen. Crested Butte is a magical place, and we will definitely consider this unit and the property manager on the next visit.
