"We loved our stay at this VBRO. We stayed during the Labor Day Weekend. The house was super clean and the grounds were well maintained. The cottage is not far from Chincoteague (45 min) so we stopped on our way down and back home - visit Captain Barry. We ate dinners at Mallards (music on Friday Nights only 10 minutes away) and the Island House Restaurant in Wachapreague (25 minutes away). We liked both, but the Corner Bakery was awesome. "We came here with my 3 grandsons to watch the NASA launch. There were 7 of us total. We had a hard time finding the place because the address numbers were painted the same color as the rail they were attached to. The house looked a little run-down from the outside, but the inside was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The boys loved the backyard and the waterfront. "Overall we had a nice stay as the location of the house and the property are lovely and provide a lot of privacy. We were disappointed at the number of things that were broken or not provided (although they were mentioned on the amenities list). The property is currently up for sale and it seems the owners are no longer as interested in keeping up the property anymore."

"The location was perfect, our host was extremely responsive and helpful. Chris gave us tips and set us up with the ferry Captain. Even though the large restaurant was closed there are 2 chefs that prepare wonderful meals! The srore/museum was ooen go meet the sweet manager! Thank you Chris for a wonderful family vacation!"

"Beautifully furnished condo to enjoy a long weekend or a longer stay directly on the waterfront. The terrace was the perfect location to hear the JazzFest on the city dock and was like a private daylong concert. Easy drive to Ocean City for a day trip. Fisherman’s Grille never disappoints for lunches/dinners. Did miss not having a screen in bedroom sliding door to hear birds and the fishing boats in the early morning.
