Great Stay
Trent was a great host, communicative and helpful. We stayed for the Maryland Renaissance festival and it was a great location- about 15-20 minutes from the festival. We also went to DC which was about 30 minutes away. House was clean and spacious. Bring your own Keurig pods and shower products.

On a scale of 1 to 10. I give it a 5
The house was as pictured. There were open food containers left in the refrigerator. A flower pot in the deck was broken. There were cob webs on the back of the house as well as between the window and screens of the bedroom. Overall a decent stay, but a lot of cleaning details were missed. It seemed as though there hadn't been anyone staying there in quite some time.

Comfortable and a great central location.
The condo was exaclty as pictured. We stayed there because the places we wanted to were no more than an hour away. There is a grocery store nearby. We rented an electric car and the library right bext door had a charging station. It was so convient.

Great location!
Mom traveling solo with 3 kids and we could not have been more pleased with this rental! Great, safe, quiet location. Walkable area. Tons of conveniences within a few minutes. Great communication from owner who was very accomodating. Well appointed townhouse, beautifully decorated and clean, fully stocked kitchen with almost anything you'd need to prepare meals. We will stay here again when we travel back to visit friends.

We had a wonderful stay at Trent’s property and would not hesitate to stay there again if we return to the area.very nice place, and nicely decorated. Beds are very comfortable and everything we needed was provided (clean linens, paper products, parking, etc.).

Convenient for us
The place was great for us because of the proximity to our family. There were a couple of things that need attention. The front door sticks so you have to put your shoulder to it to get in. Also, the top step to the bedrooms was a little loose and the second to the top was cracked so we were very careful coming up and down the stairs. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Great plsce, had everything we needed. Only suggestion would be a blind for the front, kitchen window. Although it wasn't quite street level, it didn't offer us privacy

Respite care great option
Went to the area to offer respite care weekend for elder aunt. Great walking options, wonderful library across the street, farmer’s market on Saturday was great. Several shopping areas within minutes, great food options very close.

Great condo in Crofton
The location was convenient to my family in Crofton. Parking spaces in front worked out well (first come first serve) & the parking lot next to the building helped. There’s a lock box with a code that host lets you know the days you check in, Yes, there are stairs up to the condo but that was ok for our party. The photos showed the updated modern decor & appliances- including a Keurig coffee maker. Nice TV in LR and each bdrm TV have apps - I signed in to use my Hulu acct. 2.5 bathrooms were updated & convenient. Kitchen table seats 2, DR table seats 4. 3 bedrooms worked well for our group- main bdrm en-suite w/ Q bd & dresser, other 2 bdrms had 1 double bed then 1 twin- neither of the smaller rooms had a dresser to put your things on- my only suggestion for improvement because I had my stuff on the floor. All bdrms had a small bedside table w/ a lamp. The twin bdrm closet was not available because the doors didn’t work & there was a post it note saying “don’t move the closet doors” which was not convenient - not sure why they can’t be easily fixed. Porch light is motion detected when on. It would be helpful if the host mentioned some things in the write up so I wouldnt have to keep asking questions. But Trent responded to each text message promptly - would be best to know details up front. We will def stay here again.

Cozy Stay
This was the perfect cozy property for our Girls Weekend. Close enough to Crofton for food & shopping. Annapolis was just a short drive to explore. I would definitely consider staying here again if i find myself in this area.
