"We had a wonderful peaceful 5-day nature getaway from the city at Frida's by the Sea Beach House: close to beautiful Red Head beach via nature walk, lovely modernised farmhouse-style cottage with the feeling of home + art decor, dog friendly for our little Jack Russell cross including fenced in yard and friendly cow neighbours, wonderful dark skies to see the Milky Way etc, close to Forster for excellent dog-friendly restaurants,..., and friendly responsive host Evelyn. "We stopped for a night on our way through to Sunshine Coast from Melbourne with our dog. Instantly felt relaxed! Wish we had booked for longer. Lovely gardens. Short trip to beach where 🐾 had an absolute ball. Communication with host was very easy and prompt replies. They weren’t on the property at the time so we didn’t get to meet this time!"

"What a lovely park and the location near the water was beautiful. Great boat ramp and the park was so clean. The staff were so lovely and the cottage had everything we needed. The bird aviary was a bonus, loved Rocky the cocky who talked to us. Will be back again 100%"

"Everything comfortable and clean. The back sliding glass door had a crack in it - I took a photo of it on arrival (if required I can provide such to you) When showering we noticed the bath, in which we had to stand, was very slippery - suggest you provide a rubber bathmat as eventually someone will have a serious fall."

"The property was clean, well equipped with LOTS of stuff provided to keep children and dogs entertained. The location is great, being central to both Diamond Beach and Black Head. The owners were very welcoming and honest. Our daughter lost her mobile phone and Dianne went out of her way to ensure it was sent back to us via express post. Fantastic home and well worth the spend. We will be back!"

"It was at a great location, we needed a place we could feel relax in. Our stay was lovely. Just before Xmas my Mum passed away and we needed to clean out her home in Murray st, so your place was just perfect for all of us to stay at. I have left a few extra tea towels as a thank you. "I wish we stayed longer, but we were driving from Sydney to the Gold Coast so just needed a place for the night. Our daughter 1yo loved the water park! The staff were super friendly and left the water on a little longer than closing as we got there late. They also turned it on early so we’re could enjoy it before we left.
