"We rented this house for my daughter's hen weekend the house was stunning in an amazing location with great facilities. We could not find fault with the house it accommodated 20 of us amply. All types of celebrations are catered for here from a formal dinner, to a party to a film night and even quiet relaxation in the pool and hot tub. "wow fantastic from beginning to end. great communication. owner always responded within minutes. the location can not be beat. one block from train station but you absolutely hear no train noise. The cottage is in fantastic location to walk to shops and dining, dedicated parking space , well appointed, super quiet, clean and lots of hot water. also a rare find of hair conditioner being supplied. much appreciated. An absolutely perfect place to stay!"

"Property is beautiful, and perfectly located for exploring the Cotswolds. House is well equipped with with good kitchen and bathroom and very comfy lounge area. Numerous pubs, restaurants and shops near by in lovely Moreton-In-Marsh. It is on a busy road which can be noisy first thing in the morning but we were aware of that before we arrived so not a real problem for us. Only negative points for us personally were the small beds. (4’6”) investment in something larger would make the house...

"Communication hosts Karin and Matt excellent booking to stay couldnt do enough for us. Wine and milk much appreciated. Property excellent 👌 clean everything there we could need. About 25 minute walk into Strarford where there is so much to do. Excellent pub and shop on the doorstep too. Highly recommend had a fabulous time away"

We were lucky to have had great weather to enjoy the beautiful grounds for a summer evening stroll.
