We had a group of 8 youth, and 3 adults for our stay. It worked well to split into 2 groups with an adult sleeping on a sofa in the middle room. There was plenty of space for board games and visiting, and still places to go if you needed to get away from the group.
The "private" lake with paddleboards/kayak was a great bonus! Everyone enjoyed the water fun!
There was a funky smell when you entered the house, and one bathroom among 11 people is challenging. Some of the kids were put-off by all of the animal hides/heads in the cabin.
Communication could have been better. Cell service was fair, and I'm glad it did work because I had to message to get info. on how to enter, what ammenities were available to us, and if we could use/buy forewood for a campfire.
All and all, a very nice place to stay!
