"Absolutely gorgeous little cottage on an acre and a half. The location was less than a mile from Fanning Springs and the boat ramp. We were very close to great bike riding in wildlife as well. The little cottage itself was perfect. Off grid a little so expect it but everything you would need for two people. "We had a wonderful stay. We caught lots of fish and a few scallops. The marinas have a place where you can clean all your fish and scallops. Just bring some ziplock bags for storage. And don’t forget a cooler. We needed a place to park the boat and rinse it every night after coming off the water and we were able to do just that! Can’t wait to book this place again next summer."

"This is the second year we have stayed in this unit. I have stayed at 2 other places this year and nothing exceeds this place! We also bring our bernedoodle that is very important to us. Having the boat slip is amazing. It is such a welcoming clean and has everything you need for a great memory! I will be back next year!! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!!"
