"Arrived friday mangers to property said hi heres book and contact number for friend who.was only popping into.freed ther pets as they was away for weekend . Pictures on.line look.nothing like the place , but the cabin.was cosy , advert says there is bbq we was told it its in kitchen area its was still.in box had to buld it before use , paths overgrown couldnt get to excrise area for dog ,could not see signs to entrance to property if you dont look carefully you miss the red 5 bar gate to...

"Grandparents stayed here visiting some family for a week. Communication from the host was excellent as I arranged it for them as they're not the best at online things. Recommendations for meals and taxis were great. They seemed to have a nice time staying."

"A very different experience, a shame it was November so the weather wasn't great, but still a great experience. Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer. Will consider a revisit in warmer weather if we need a place to stay in the area in the future."

"This wonderful place wraps its arms around you … restful, soothing and at the same time inspiring. It is amazing how Christina and David have extended their love and care for the environment into their care for the people who visit. So many magical surprises … the Welsh Harp recital in the garden, visits into the cottage by robin and pygmy shrew and a course, the garden library. A perfect place to put cares and griefs aside and reconnect nature."

"6 adults and 4 children for a surprise 50th family weekend. Beautiful surroundings. Easy to reach destinations. Perfect size for all of us and layout, however could do with a little TLC, cleanliness was not great. Did not let it ruin our stay as it was perfect otherwise."

"Comfortable property, home from home. Large tiered well kept garden. Secluded spot, catches sun all day. Very friendly local ponies in paddock. Only down side is, there are no footpaths for walking dogs from the property. Sean the groundsman/odd job man/ caretaker and everything else was excellent, a fountain of local knowledge and nothing was too much trouble for him."

"Lovely welcome from the receptionist. Friendly staff and very accommodating. Room was large and very clean. Tea making facilities in the room and hair dryer. Large bathroom with bath and shower overhead. Only one bath towel, understandable for a single but two would have been better for a couple. Bed very comfortable. Bar and breakfast areas were very clean and well laid out. Did not have an evening meal, but breakfast was excellent. Would dry recommend and visit again."
