Wonderful and stylish
The house was modern, stylish, and comfortable- even better than the photos. We appreciated that every small detail had been considered, such as the binoculars to bird watch and the cooler to take to the beach. Moreover, the home is decorated with true style with original artworks, as befits the owner who is an artist. Super easy check in and very responsive and nice host!

Totally worth it
This place is fantastic, and the minute you walk to the patio and see the view you'll know you made a good choice. It's clean, bathrooms are very nice, and the bedrooms comfortable. Location is perfect as you can walk to the heart of everything in just a few minutes. Will is great to work with and quick communication and referrals, especially being on a remote island needing to get transportation and other aspects in order. The house sits up on a VERY steep hill, so you'll get a strong leg workout. Just keep in mind and if you're carrying luggage up, it's no joke. You may want to get a short taxi ride up if necessary. I'd definitely stay here again, the island is beautiful.

Wonderful view
This was a wonderful place to stay. When we drove up to the apartment, we weren't impressed with the exterior of the house, but were thrilled when we went inside. Large living room, gorgeous balcony overlook the water and boats, and very quiet and powerful air conditioning. All the amenities you could ask for were supplied. It's also near the few restaurants and grocery store on the island, so you can walk there or just drive a few blocks. We became very fond of all the roosters parading around on the streets. highly recommend!

Beautiful Views & Excellent Location!
The view of the harbor from the balcony is stunning. You also get a great view of Dewey. The house is clean, and the beds are comfortable. There is air in both bedrooms and ceiling fans throughout. The location could not get much better. Everything in town is within a 5 minute golf cart ride. Flamenco Beach is an easy 10 minute trek. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Culebra home
Wonderful place! Spotlessly clean. Incredible views. The deck is the best! A truly lovely place to stay. The beds were really comfortable which is a must after spending many hours snorkeling at Culebra's outstanding beaches. The neighborhood chickens have a great deal to say on many topics, but not a deal-breaker. Again, wonderful place!

The property is very nice. Unfortunately there were an abundance of roosters around due to the neighbor feeding them, so sleeping was difficult at times. Easy walk to restaurants.

If back, will stay here again!
Very clean. AC worked great. Having a washing machine was a huge perk as we were traveling light. Walkable to the ferry terminal, restaurants, and grocery stores. The deck is wonderful. Appreciated the little things in the kitchen as well: seasonings, spices, condiments.

This rental has it all! The view, decor and chilled glasses in the freezer, just to name a few of the perks of this abode. Definitely recommend but would really like to keep this place a secret. Hopefully we can return next year!

Gorgeous view!
We had a wonderful time on Culebra. William was very helpful with our questions and check-in etc. was very smooth. The house was clean, beds comfy, and we loved the deck and hammock. The air-conditioning in the bedrooms was appreciated. I loved that there was both sun and plenty of shade on the deck. Being high on the hill made the view perfection! Culebra in general is definitely a place to relax, snorkel, and be at the beach (get a car), but at least in late October, there wasn't much else to do. Maybe in the high season this is different. It was fine for us; we were just surprised how sleepy it was. Having Netflix at the house for nighttime was helpful. Splitting our time between Culebra and San Juan was great. We would definitely stay at one of William's properties again.

Location, location, location
This is our second time staying here. We came 2 years ago for our honeymoon and came back. We love the location and the view of the bay and central location in town and easy access to all the beaches and reefs.

Fabulous view
Even though it’s up hill it’s a short walk to town. Accessible to good restaurant a short ride to the beach. The view is espectacular. The kitchen is well equipped. We had breakfasts with the best view and diner once. A petty I can’t add a picture of the view.

Just show up for vacation
Williams place is turn key. All you have to do is arrive. He is responsive and provides much information on Culebra. His place is centrally located and walking distance to/from the ferry as well as restaurants and markets. 2 blocks uphill but up the hill is what provides the beautiful view of the town and bay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Wind & the Sea immensely. The patio overlooking the water with the hammock was the clear winner for my teens. We hung out there for hours, birdwatching, listening to the roosters while playing cards. Fairly stocked kitchen gadgetry and the washer was a bonus. Took advantage of the supplied earplugs to avoid being awoken by the bevy of roosters. Recommend it! It’s at top of a hill with a tight turnaround in a car. We rented a golf cart which albeit was slow to get up the hill, had no problem navigating the small area at the top.

Culebra Memorial Day
The place was perfectly clean, comfortable and had a great view. It was nice to have chairs for the beach and a decent kitchen setup to cook breakfast. I will confirm that the neighborhood is loud and the hill is steep. However, the short walk to town is very convenient and the rental golf-cart made it up and down the hill just fine.

My family had a great stay. The place was clean and comfortable and the view from the deck was amazing. It's a great location - close to town and restaurants and a short drive to great snorkeling. We would definitely return next time were on Culebra!

Such a fantastic time in Culebra and the best place to stay!
We really enjoyed our time in Culebra and at Williams slice of heaven. The time on the porch was the absolute best!! Watching the birds, the bay and the boats was so relaxing in the am and at night. We enjoyed our chicken fan club when we were leaving for the day! We would definitely stay at Williams place if we get the opportunity to visit again!

Amazing as always!
This house is a dream to stay in. The wind, view and downtown access is wonderful. The kitchen is great for cooking, showers are fabulous and laundry is easy to do. A short walk to the ferry makes it easy to come on the island at any time of day. Highly recommended.

Great view and reasonably nice house. The down side is the dirty location, steep parking with no turn around and a huge population of noisy chickens everywhere. We would not consider another stay.

Can't Wait to Return
We've rented places all over, and I think this might be one of the best ones, ever. All of our friends staying at other places were super jealous. We almost don't want to review, because it won't be available next time we visit. In all honesty, the home is lovely, and the pictures can't possibly do it justice. The view is amazing. The house is located on a hill with a 180+ view of the island. The house has everything you need and is so comfy. The shower had great pressure, the bed was very comfortable and furnishings were nice and in great condition. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there was plenty of towels, and nice bedding. The owner also supplied beach towels and chairs, which was very convenient if you are beach hopping, otherwise you would have to rent chairs, and not all beaches have them.
