"It was a very nice stay with an excellent couple. Warm welcomed. A very nice big dog was also present to welcome. I had to say hello to the dog as he was so friendly. Very cooperative host. Family environment. Residence is upstairs like three rooms and bathroom outside the rooms. Mostly quiet. Nice and clean and a proper communication with the host throughout my stay. I was invited warmly to have breakfast but had no time. Will miss this stay."

"Check in was seamless. One small chip in one of the mugs in the room - which was changed immediately. Food at the on site Bar/Cafe was very good and good prices. BUT there was a function on in the function room which our room - No7 - overlooked. The volume of music was so loud it at times exceeded the tv volume. If we we made aware of this on booking I would have had second thoughts about staying. Why could we have not had a room further away - there were party attendees that stayed in the hotel...

"As I find stairs difficult with luggage, and no lift, staff were helpful and changed my room from 1st floor to ground. Staff were pleasant but bar service could be improved. The waiter was covering the kitchen and bar. He walked past me twice, while I stood at the bar, but I still had to open the door to the kitchen, and call, I had to ask for ice and lemon, but didn't get the lemon, it didn't seem available. Just small things really but could be improved. "
