Charming Custer Cabin

This was our second stay at this cabin...we just love it! The owners (Susie and Darwin) have put so much work into making the cabin a home away from home. So many amenities and attention to detail! The cabin and the grounds around it are always clean and extremely well-kept. It's very quiet and peaceful! The location is great as it's very close to shops and restaurants in Custer, and also just a few minutes from Custer State Park and Crazy Horse. Would highly recommend staying here if you're in the area. We hope to visit again!

The cabin was modern and well appointed. Fantastic central location to attractions and hiking trails. Lovely outdoor patio with grill and fire pit. Hosts were friendly and informative. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend.

Outstanding!!

Everything about our stay (with the possible exception of the weather!) far exceeded our expectations. Suzy and Darwin were gracious and responsive hosts providing excellent advice on how best to enjoy the area. The cabin was spotless and had everything one might require for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for all of the attractions in the surrounding area. We would unquestionably want to stay here again if we ever return to the area.

A real gem!

Beautiful house, sparkling clean. We loved the full sized kitchen stocked with quality cookware and sharp knives, and extra items that made the stay comfortable. It was a pleasure to sit on the back patio enjoying our morning coffee at the foot of the awesome rock outcrop. The hosts were perfect, thoughtful and friendly. We spent three nights here and will definitely be back. Thank you Suzie and Darwin for a memorable stay!

Home away from home

Beautiful cabin equipped with all the essentials! In a great location for sight seeing and exploring but nice enough of a place to stay you won’t have to leave to enjoy yourself. Nice outdoor space and cozy indoor space.

Hosts were great. Fully stocked kitchen if you like to cook. Cabin was clean to the extreme. I couldn't ask for more. I will come again. Thank you for being great hosts.

Well equipped and great location

This rental is so well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It is located very close to the main road through Custer but was so quiet. Parking right near front door was so convenient.

All Around Amazing!

My husband and I have stayed in several rentals throughout the years and this was the best one yet! It was a perfect place for the 2 of us. The cabin is absolutely amazing! Everything is beautifully maintained and comes with all sorts of amenities. Great care has gone into the cabin and it definitely shows. It was so nice to have the yard and place to hang out outside. Being up against the rock formation was really neat! Susie is a fantastic host - excellent, detailed communication. Thank you for a wonderful week! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back!

Couldn’t be better!

This will be the place that we will be compare all others to in the future! The cabin is so nice: kitchen has everything, being able to do laundry is wonderful, bed is comfy, and shower has great water pressure. Then there is the outside! The rock wall is just outside the bedroom slider doors, and there is also a nice covered patio. Also close to beautiful Custer Park.

Fabulous Great Homebase

Our stay was fantastic. This property is centrally located so that we were able to see everything we wanted that was 20 minutes to 1.5 hours away. The property was super cozy and everything was of high quality. It is perfect for a couple. The host, Suzie was awesome. She was very responsive and very friendly. She personally came to greet us on arrival and gave us recommendations all through our stay. I highly recommend this property and host!!
