My family and I loved this property for many reasons. The property itself is clean and everything is renovated. It has a beautiful sunroom to play board games with the family. The property is a short walk to Causeway beach. This beach was great. Very few people on the beach making it peaceful. In addition, the cottage is very close to many wineries and restaurants. It’s a great location. The communication between the cottage owner and myself was smooth. He replies quickly to your questions. We really enjoyed our stay at this property.

Gem in Cutchogue
We had a wonderful weekend at this little gem in Cutchogue! Our whole experience was seamless. Bill, the host, was very responsive before and during our stay. The cottage is renovated beautifully and located on a quiet street. It has a huge yard complete with a hammock that my child enjoyed. The home itself is clean and appointed comfortably — has everything you might need from a stocked kitchen to family board games. It’s also convenient to supermarkets, local stores, restaurants and beach area. We had a great time and would stay again!

Super sweet home near the beach and wineries!
My family of four went out for a four-day weekend and we had a fantastic time in this house! It’s the perfect size, super clean and beautifully renovated. It has everything you might need. It even had a beach bag with a speaker and a blanket/towels ready to go! It’s a great house for a family. This was our second year staying there and we absolutely loved our experience! Bill is a great host and checks in regularly. It’s close to all of the wineries on the main road and the beach is only a few minutes. We had a wonderful family weekend!

A surprisingly lovely 2 Br cottage, recently renovated and in excellent condition. Quiet neighborhood with a 10 minute walk to a local Peconic Bay beach. Great communication with owner/manager. Very convenient to enjoy the entire North Fork.

This home was like walking into my dream home. The decor & space were well thought out, and there wasn’t a detail not covered. The owner was easy breezy & prompt to answer my questions. The details that stood out - towels were so soft; kitchen was spacious & easy to cook in, bedrooms were spacious, & they had everything to make our trip to the beach seamless.

Great base for exploring the North Fork

Beautiful getaway
This property is the perfect getaway. We stayed with my parents and toddler. There was more than enough space for us all. The house is equipped with everything, absolutely everything and it all seems brand new. The screened in porch was a great comfy place to hang out rain or shine. My toddler was able to walk around the house freely without any concern. The beach was beautiful, a short walk down the street. We loved that all the necessary beach equipment was available at the house (chairs, wagon, toys, umbrella). The location is spot on for wine tours, shopping, breweries, beach days, and much more the North Fork has to offer. The property owners are quick to respond to questions and very kind. We would 100% return and recommend the property.

Simply Perfect Cottage
The Cottage was perfect for my husband & I. We were guests for a wedding at The Vineyard, So we decided to make a quick getaway out East. The newly renovated cottage was very clean and nicely decorated. Bill, the property manager was very helpful and quickly answered all of our questions that we texted him. Great girls getaway weekend!
Beautiful interior! It feels like you are living in a new home with all new appliances. The location is within biking distance to many wineries and Greenport is only a 15-20 minute cab ride. Bill was very helpful with any questions we had prior to and during our stay. 100% would stay again.

What an incredible, brand new cottage in the heart of everything North Fork! This property is brand new, clean, organized to perfection and so adorable and cozy! Perfect North Fork Getaway
We traveled to North Fork, Long Island for the first time and this house was amazing. The hosts thought of everything to ensure our stay was enjoyable, including a fire pit, games, beach chairs, and large TV's. The home was decorated beautifully, extremely clean, had comfortable bedding, and a stocked kitchen. We are looking forward to returning and will stay here again!
