"This home is truly that, a welcoming escape nestled in the woods. It’s elevated beach-style furnishings feel hand-picked. We traveled with a 14 month old — the house had high-quality baby must haves, pack and play and high chair. We had the pleasure of a responsive host and caretaker. Close to trails, YMCA and the island’s top attractions … !highly recommend!"

"Everything about this property and the host were wonderful. It worked really well for our family including the lower level master bedroom for the small grandchildren that could shut the door and keep the house quiet in the mornings. The kitchen, deck, and common areas with coastal views great for eating and hanging out. The other bedrooms, comfortable and quiet. I would definitely rent this house again. "

"House was very clean and well maintained. Communication was clear and detailed and host answered questions quickly. We had four adults over 40 years old and having the three bedrooms, two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen was perfect. The location is awesome to get to Newport quickly for events and to do local events in Middletown and Portsmouth. We enjoyed our time and would definitely book this location again with our family. There was a grill and fire-pit but we did not have the change...

Downstairs man cave a nice feature. Enormous, well stocked kitchen with giant windows. Nice back yard. Excellent communication with owner. A/C worked well. Everything was in good working order and exactly as advertised. We had no issues. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels are provided which was also...
