"Couldn't be happier! The house was exactly as described in the listing. Lots of space, super clean, and the host was very welcoming and responsive. There were seven kayaks and two paddleboards available and enough paddles for each. The location was perfect! Just a short paddle from hospital hole. We took a day to paddle to the springs state park, and all of us will remember that day forever. If you're looking for a place on the springs, you should stop looking. "

"The property had everything you needed on site! We only needed to supply the food! Our kids and grandchildren loved swimming. We even had a manatee come to our dock almost every day! It is by far the best property that we have stayed at. I have never seen Florida in that way. Now I understand what Old Florida means. Absolutely beautiful! Definitely plan on returning."

"We had a great time and the house has a great layout for a couple families. My 12 and 8 year old paddled all the way from the spring head back to the house in their own kayak. Kevin is an amazing host. We appreciate the early check-in, extra supplies (garbage bags, dish soap, shampoo, salt, pepper, and other pantry items, kayaks, paddles, floats and so much more) It made it easy to settle in. "When I say pictures do not do this place justice. It was so beautiful, perfect for a small bachelorette party (7 of us). It was so so clean, things were easy to find, we got there a little early and they let us in right away. The host is one of the sweetest people I ever spoke to. If I could give more stars I would. There are pots and pans there, SOOOOOOOO many towels it was perfect for the amount of people we had. "
