"Our 1st trip to the river and it did not disappoint. This house is located around the corner from a public ramp and boat rental place. In addition to kayaking, we also rented a skiff and went east up the river for the day for about $125. Tina's place is a great space for family to enjoy. The house has a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of spices. Host is very responsive as well! We hope to book again soon. "

"This place is a prime spot for swimming and kayaking. Plenty of space in this home for up to 8-10 people. I loved the area. Quiet and nature in abundance. "It was quaint, peaceful, and felt right at home. Loved the animals and the owners on site were super friendly, respectful of our privacy and there to answer all our questions. The house supplied anything you would need including linens, towels, and kitchen supplies. The trees down the driveway made the perfect photo ops, too!"

"Our group enjoyed this home to celebrate our friends’ milestone birthdays. We had everything we needed for a wonderful long weekend. We cooked a couple of meals and spent a lot of time at the pool and with the kayaks. It was very clean with lots of extra thongs like games and puzzles. I how to come back sometime!"

"We loved the location. The water pad and dock provided hours of entertainment for my kids. Loved the welcoming touches like the letter board welcoming us. We also really loved that there were kayaks there to use and we didn’t have bring our own. The house is adorable and we really enjoyed our stay. "

"The home was mostly clean, but had issues with baby roaches. Didn't get to use the pool. I have a special needs child and the pool had a slimy feel, the upper edge of the liner was dirty. The bathrooms, though well stocked, were a little misleading. The 2nd bathroom was actually in the garage. The lawn was not cut upon arrival, instead the Guy came while we were there! "Our stay was amazing! Great communication with property owners. House was very clean. Perfect location on the river. Loved walking right out to the water. Saw so many manatees with babies and dolphins's. Right out back. Used their kayaks to travel the river. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at River Bend. They had everything we need for our stay. Publix close by for food shopping. Buccaneer Bay was 10 mins away. Will definitely be back again."
