"The full kitchen, two bedrooms, and three full baths were very convenient for our busy swim weekend. The kitchen is nicely equipped with dishes, spices, pots and utensils, but I don't think super active teen eaters are expected. I did end up buying a larger pot to make pasta one evening. We were able to walk to the aquatic center in less than 10 minutes. That was a huge bonus for us."

"There is plenty of space and is very comfortable. Location is great for walking to campus and enjoying local attractions. However, the bar located directly behind the apartment is a noise issue. The sound machines provided in the apartment did not work. We tried everything to get them to turn on, but no luck. After one sleepless night, I went to Target and purchase ear plugs in order to get any sleep the second night. Also, the bright lights in the parking lot behind the apartment are on all...

"Had a great stay at the Godbold building in Auburn to visit our college student. Great location, beautiful apartment. Only downside was the noise from the nightclub next door in the evenings, but the sound machines in each bedroom were a great addition and helped us sleep peacefully. Would definitely recommend a stay here!"

"This place has everything you would want in a vacation rental. Clean and well-stocked. Easy short drive or 30 minute ealk to the heart of downtown. It is on the second floor of a quiet condo building, so being aware that access could be an issue if stairs are difficult to navigate."
