Great spot for family Christmas
Although we had to cut it short for an early arrival of our newest family member we had a great time at this house. Plenty of space, beautiful view and very clean!

Great location and beautiful property
This was a great house for several family members. The two main floor bedrooms are great. We did need to purchase paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags for our 5 day stay. Some were provided but not enough for our group. Property owner was very helpful!

Awesome Lake Getaway
Up for a few days to enjoy some fall weather and golf with the boys. This place is beautiful and quiet while still being close to everything you need. We had a great week and really enjoyed the property. You can count on cleanliness and great communications! We will be back!

Graduation Celebration
The property exceeded our expectations. The setting is quiet and absolutely gorgeous. The house was big enough to allow us to spread out and eat, play games, socialize or enjoy the lake. We enjoyed the rocking chairs in the morning and at night. Beds were comfortable. Neighbors were friendly. WiFi was effective. We were delighted to find bags of charcoal and lighter fluid there. We needed to supplement paper supplies with our own (TP, paper towels), but we did not need to pull out the chairs we had brought with us. Our stay got us talking about more lake vacations because we enjoyed ourselves so much!

Summer's last stand
We had a fantastic stay at this house! It is set up perfectly for a large group or even a couple families. Very clean, kitchen and dining areas are large. Outside deck, dock, and boat slips were great for all our needs. We spent a lot of time just floating in the water as the cove was very peaceful. Would definitely come back.

Great house for families
The house was laid out great . We brought our boats and docked them behind the property. The location was quite a ways from restaurants and most of the activities . The neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing . The swim dock was perfect for our 5 granddaughters 3-9 years old. We caught catfish and blue gill off the dock . The beds and furnishings were very comfortable. The only drawbacks were the kitchen was not stocked with serving bowls or platters The lighting out back at night was not sufficient to navigate all the steps . Overall we loved the place and the memories we made.

Comfortable Stay
Our family of 15 enjoyed our comfortable stay at the house. The location on the lake is ideal and is perfect for swimming, boating and jet skiing. We would stay again. A few things to be aware of…2 of the upstairs bedrooms had full beds which were very small for couples, there is no usable furniture on the outside dock or screened patio area, and there was not a broom for sweeping the floors at the end of each day, which was an issue considering we had small children. We loved the house and location, but wished the aforementioned items were different. Nonetheless, I would recommend this house but make those items known ahead of time.

Lake Martin family trip
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home had plenty of room for my family. The only negatives I would say was the fact there was not enough bath towels and clothes, no dish cloth or scrubber, and I wish there had been outside seating on the dock. But the place was beautiful and very clean. The hostess was very nice and quick to respond to my emails or texts.

Relaxation at its finest
Patti, the host was easy to work with and very responsive when asking her questions. The house was amazing, with a layout designed to comfortably accommodate large number of guests. The outdoor space was great as well. Look forward to staying there again.

2023 Thanksgiving holiday
The house was great for our extended family. Very quiet and private. Extra large deck in the back. Only suggestion is to provide photos of all bedrooms (5 total) and increase quality of photos. The house was much better than the photos showed on website. Would rent again if needed!
