"A group of us were in town for Ball State Hoco. The house location was conveniently located near campus and tailgating. Plenty of room for us all. House was clean and comfy. It did have a musty odor to it when first entering. That would be the only draw back. "

"We were in town for a family wedding. We had a total party of eight. This property was absolutely perfect for what we needed and the price was far more reasonable than four separate hotel rooms. It was very well stocked. The setting is rural, surrounded by farmland and fields but it is only a 10 minute drive from town. Best of both worlds. The renovations were not an issue for us and I can't wait to see the finished product once completed. Overall 10/10. "

"Property is very clean. I was alone but more than enough room for a family. I had trouble checking in because I could not get the lock info from the VBRO communications, and I could not reach the landlord. it took over an hour on the phone with VBRO to get the appropriate info. The house itself is very nice. Small fenced yard for my dog was a plus"

"We had to make a last minute trip to New Castle for our Fathers funeral. The house met all our needs. It was very easy to access and contact with owner quick and easy. Super convenient to multiple restaurants, Walmart, and downtown New Castle. "

"Very nice house in the heart of Fortville. House was clean and everything we needed. Owners stayed in communication and were great. Check in process was smooth and easy. Would definitely stay again."

"My daughter and I stayed at this lovely place while we got settled into her new apartment for Ball State. The home was well appointed and beautifully decorated. All furnishings and paint appeared brand new. My only suggestion would be an add baking pan or two as I was unable to find one. I will definitely stay again for future visits to the Muncie area. "

"Property worked great for visiting family in Yorktown. House was very clean and very welcoming for guests. Traffic on the main drag was a bit heavy at times and also at above average rate of speeds making it somewhat worrisome when having to get to our vehicles with smaller children in our group. "The house was nice for our needs and in a perfect location for restaurants, bars and Ruoff. Autumn was great with communication and very accommodating. We'd stay here again!"

"Sure, here is a detailed review in English: --- I recently stayed at the Baymont by Wyndham in Muncie, Indiana, and it was by far the most disgusting and filthy hotel I have ever visited. From the moment we arrived, the entrance floor was dirty. They did not have air conditioning, so there were fans everywhere because it wasn't working. The front desk staff seemed inexperienced, did not greet us, and took a long time to check us in. When we finally got to our room, it was in terrible condition. The room was dirty everywhere. The TV didn’t work, the water didn’t flow properly, there was dirt under the beds, cobwebs around the curtains, and dirt behind the TV. The coffee maker was dusty and greasy. The ice bucket was dirty and dusty, the bathtub was moldy, and the floor was filthy. This has been the worst hotel experience we've ever had. The hotel is disgusting, the staff has poor customer service, and it was expensive for what we got. Avoid this place at all costs."
