Do not believe the photos with this home. It feels like an abandoned frat house. The floors, counters, carpets are filthy. This gated home has 2 broken gates and NO HOUSE KEYS! Lots of broken glass around the pool. Lots of overflowing garbage in the garage, no trash bins. The outdoor kitchen - broken sink, filthy grill, broken tiles. No pool umbrellas, grass knee high over the entire property. In bedroom #2 the toilet doesn't flush properly, consequently the tub drain backed up with black water. Broken out window panes in master bedroom defeat the AC, temp was never lower than 76 degrees. Shower door in Master bath doesn't close so water is everywhere. Not enough batteries for the remotes, had to keep swapping them to turn on ceiling fans, not all of them worked. Lots of very large screen TVs but almost all were damaged in some way. No knives in the kitchen. I can go on and on. This home needs a serious amount of work. The price is simply not worth the hassle. I will be contacting VRBO directly to address my issues.
