Easy access to Plano area. Nice big area to relax. Pool and hot tub added to the experience. Would stay again! Hosts were also very responsive to questions.

This place was fabulous!! The host thought of everything. There were washcloths for make up removal. Plenty of towels to go around. Soap for the dish washer and washing machine. The pool was fabulous. The bathrooms had shampoo and conditioner. Plenty of coffee spices and utensils to cook. We enjoyed the card games. Everything was easy to use. The beds were comfortable. This home is amazing. It was the best pace we have stayed in.

The photos shown on this post are definitely not a true depiction of the current state of the house. We arrived and immediately smelled a musky/moldy (like an old house that has not been aired out in weeks) smell. They were chipping paint and cracks throughout the house, the carpeted areas had dirty carpets, some of the closets did not have hangers, the fridge was dirty and needed a good cleaning before we could put food in there, the dishes, pots and utensils needed a good clean before we could use them as well, and finally they were stains and tears on some of the furniture. One of the balconies was broken and was not safe to go out to, the playground for the children had some wood chipping that cause some of our children to get splinters, the outdoor area was not cleaned (leaves everywhere) before we arrive and the outdoor dining was not usable at all with dirty chairs and dead leaves everywhere. To sum it up, the house was underwhelming upon arrival.We paid to heat up the pool, but it was not heated upon our arrival as we were told. This meant that we could not use the pool or spa until the second day of our five-day trip. The host did address the issue the best they could and resolved it the next day, which is the only reason I gave this review another star (three instead of two stars). Overall, our stay was decent, and we made some good memories, but for the price we paid, the state of the house was not what we were expected and felt that the pictures were deceiving.

The house and grounds were every bit as nice as advertised. This home sits on a nice quiet street with a park nearby. It was excellent for our Thanksgiving day group. The host was very responsive to all questions, everything was ready for our arrival and the coffee station was a lifesaver for those early risers.

We had a great time staying here. The house layout was perfect for our group in town for a bridal shower. Plenty of space for 8 so the house and kitchen were great. They had plenty of coffee for the Nespreso machine which was great! The pool area and balconies were not as pristine as the pics (different furniture and cushions and accessories) but the pool area was still nice and I enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor fireplace.

The pool was supposed to be heated. The spa heating never worked. The tablet on the wall seemed to work in theory - but never actually heated. House was amazing and wonderful place to spend a couple nights - loved the spacious kitchen. We loved the outdoor space and would stay again.

Property was 100% as advertised, very clean, all of the basic necessities were supplied including all utensils. Pool and playground features were the center of the experience for our grandchildren. Detailed instructions were conveniently provided prior to arrival, and a comprehensive "owner's manual" on property made the stay truly a "turnkey" experience. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our extended weekend in Plano!

The property was very spacious and accommodating for our group of 4. The outdoor space we as listed the outdoor seating was comfortable. The poolside wood table needs to be replaced but it still served it purpose. Pool and hot tub was very nice we enjoyed our stay.

My house is very old and not kept up at all. Things are simply falling into pieces. Door handles are a skew. The furniture is old and things are simply broken. Glasses have chips out of them and the pictures do not represent the quality of the house. Absolutely not worth the price and I would not stay there again even at half the price. Oh yeah, the owner manager, we were speaking to was very unresponsive and didn’t get anything done.

We throughly enjoyed our stay! A beautiful home and awesome backyard and pool! Spacious home. A few small issues with the home, but minor things that didn’t impact the stay negatively. Some of the cosmetic issues were not notified to us until day of, so that was a bummer (2 balconies were out of commission). Quiet cute neighborhood! Home owners also were very quick to respond! Highly recommend this place :) also lots of floaties in the garage! Great Airbnb to bring those kiddos with as well!

The pool area was dirty and the pool was green with algae and unusable. Apparently there was a problem with the pool equipment so the pool was unusable. It appeared no had checked the house for several days if not weeks before our arrival. Two of the cabinets doors were off the hinges and needed repairedThe house a was nice and location was great

Nothing Like the Pictures

I'm so disappointed and disgusted by this property. So many downfalls. One, looks nothing like the pictures. The pool was dirty and stayed with leaves due to this random tree right beside it. It advertises balcony views, yet, we get there and the balcony doors upstairs are locked because they needed repair, so you're not getting what you paid for, and what we paid was A LOT. And the view was gross anyways. The lake looked like a swamp. The furniture was disgusting. The couch and ottoman were so soiled, I didn't feel comfortable sitting on it. Every other rental I've been in, they provide you with a new packaged sponge and little bottle of disgwashing liquid. Not this place! A used, stained dried up sponge was what was left for us to use, so of course we did not use it. They provide you with one itty-bitty TV in this huge house, which was like a joke to me. The rooms upstairs stayed HOT!!!! It didn't matter how low we set the thermostat, the temp stayed in the 80s. The lowest it got was 79, first thing in the morning. The check-in process was ridiculous. The code provided did not work, and we tried so much, the alarm went off. And just an odd observation, but every doorknob was installed crookedly. It was just sheer disappointment.

Overall great house, but lots of small issues that need attention. Balconies are not accessible due to needing repair, dryer was broken, table on back porch is falling apart, only a hand full of bath towels, the pool was pretty dirty, and the property manager informed me she was no longer managing the property first day of our stay.Overall, the owners are nice but for what you pay there shouldn't be this many issues.
