The whole experience was terrible. The host was unreachable at check in while my two kids and I sat outside the house for over an hour waiting for her to answer and update the code for us to get into the front door. The back door never updated to the new code so I had to go through the front door daily, go through the house to unlock the back door and then go back outside to my car to drive it around to the parking area which is in the back. The thermostat was on a power saving mode so during the day while we were gone and during the night while asleep, it would reset to 78 degrees inside. We woke up in a sweat every night and came home everyday to an unbearable house. I wrote her about it but she obviously doesn’t answer messages over the weekend so she got back to us a few days later and still had no solution other than to google how to reset it completely. Also, upon check in, in the notes where it should show you valuable information - the WiFi name and password were showed as “none” so we had no access to WiFi for anything for the first 5 days. If I could do zero stars, I would.. for the host and the house both.
