Misleading
Tv in master didn’t work. Steps in the pool extreme hazard. Remotely turned our AC off. Broken wood on the deck with many broken or missing pieces of wood. Screws sticking up an inch on the deck. One of my guys cut his foot open.

Frustrating Getaway: Our Troubled Stay at the Vacation Rental
I spent the duration of our trip emailing & speaking with VRBO support whom were pleasant and understanding of the despair we were in. A quick overview, pay attention to what you see in the photos & remember normal wear from the time of the pictures to when you are in the home. This rental is ideal for a large family with kids to stay together. This isn’t an IG-photo worthy home. I won't bore you with the high volume of emails regarding your guest, cars, and visitors. Fast-Forward to day of arrival, we were granted early arrival (1 hour early) after the cleaning crew finished only to find a plethora of cleaning issues, primarily the jacuzzi being unsanitary. The filters were clogged, almonds and beer can tops lined the bottom of the tub. The pool area has its fair share of wear and tear also. Please be aware of this as you use these items. On top of the cleaning issues, the home was extremely hot at the time we entered, which should have been shortly after the scheduled cleaning. Only to find the A/C unit had failed. For the sake of brevity, three technicians and a hot night’s rest later the A/C was fixed 24 hours after check-in. The icing on this situation comes with the fact that I was notified at 6am on the day of our departure that a pool person would be on site to resolve the Jacuzzi issue. Which, obviously, was of not benefit to us. As mentioned earlier, the VRBO support team were able to rectify the situation and compensate us for our frustrating getaway.

We were there for a sports event.
Each coach was able to have their own room and also a place to gather together. Home cooked food vs restaurants every meal. Will utilize it again on our return.

Great Home in the heart of Dallas
This home was perfect for our group! Had a huge back yard, updated home, and tons of room in the house as well. It was well maintained and the host was very friendly and quick to respond! We would love to be able to come back here when we visit Dallas again

Asher is great and very quick to respond.
Asher is fantastic he made multiple accommodations for us. Hot tub is very nice and clean and pool is spotless. Very large yard and deck. House is nice. I am 6’2 and felt the furniture was a little low but comfortable. It was great to have the smart TV and direct TV as well. House had everything you could need. Only issue is the area. There are a lot of homeless near by. I think this is a problem in Dallas right now not just in this specific area. There were a lot of border issues going on while we were there so that was a bit of a issue as well. But none of that is something Asher can control.

Cute house with nice outdoor space and lovely hottub
The house was old, but re-done and was very cute and clean. Would be perfect for large groups once that is permitted due to Covid-19. We loved the outdoor space and thoroughly enjoyed the hottub. We did have some issues with the gas grill, but the owner was always available and quick to respond to emails and helped us out. Also, the neighbor is kind of sketchy. Looks like you wouldn't want to be out after dark, but it was very quiet and we didn't have any issues. Super close to fair park also, which will be convenient whenever events resume. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

We had a fantastic time celebrating my friend’s 30th birthday!
The pool area and hot tub are amazing. The pool is larger in person than what it looks like in the photos. The hot tub is really top of the line and was a highlight of the weekend. The house, while a little smaller than expected, had some great features and was perfect for our group. The beds are also very comfy, even the bunk beds!

Great space in central Dallas
The spacious bedrooms met our needs perfectly and the beds were incredibly comfortable!! The pool was clean, refreshing and the highlight of our stay. One drawback... If we were there to only relax, the horrendous traffic noise from the nearby highway would have been an issue. The property manager was very accommodating and really cared about us having a comfortable stay. All in all, we had a wonderful time and will seek this property if we’re ever in Dallas again. .

Very nice on the inside!
Plenty of parking and very clean. The Neighborhood was a little sketchy but with the large fenced in back yard with high wooden fence we all felt safe and comfortable.
