"We missed the turning as postcode didnt take us to the Bothie direct, but as soon as we saw the Laggan Lock sign right by the bus stop we never missed it. The place was easy to get the keys with the key code. The room its self was not like you see in the photos, which looks all cute and colourful.... and also not much room. "I cannot praise the property, owners and location enough. From start to finish this was an effortless customer experience. We were advised that we could check in early as there was no one staying at the proper in the days before our stay. "The house is huge - effectively two houses joined together, so perfect for a large party (we were 12). There were a few issues (showers not draining, sauna not working) that detracted from the overall stay. "I picked this place due to it being a good distance from all the places I aimed to visit. Just over an hour to Skye, Mallaig etc and less to Fort William and Glencoe. I was aware that there's not many shops nearby but I was well prepared. The place is spacious for a 1 or 2 person stay but possibly a bit tight for 4. Great parking close to accommodation. There were a few faults that shouldn't take long to fix. Catching front door. Internal doors that don't all stay shut, kitchen cupboard...

"The property was comfortable and clean. It suited our needs, as we were out most of the day. If I have one complaint it would be that in my opinion the shower head and connecting hose needs to be replaced as they were quite grubby and didn’t fit in with the cleanliness of the rest of the property. "Lovely unique, cosy cabin on the edge of woodland with a cafe/gift shop on the doorstep. We had a walk up the hill behind the cabin and were rewarded with beautiful views at the top and also saw several deer, which was a bonus. Would love to return one day."
