Worst experience ever.
"I did not end up staying at the hotel. Even though I had the confirmation print out with my confirmation number, the clerk insisted I had no reservations. He demonstrated no interest in resolving the issue and said they had no rooms available, even though your website showed three rooms still available. ..."
