"The unit was perfect for our needs, we have 3 kids and they loved the bunkbed room and there was a pack and play for my youngest. The backyard was really nice. We appreciated having a spot to park in the driveway since we were coming in and out a lot. The upstairs unit was a little loud at times but it was manageable. We loved being able to walk to the restaurants in Dana Point. Overall a great stay."

"This house is as described. The location is beautiful. The house is dated but it didn’t bother us as we expected it from past reviews. Kitchen could use some additional provisions. This was not an issue for us in October but the house does not have A/C. We would stay again but would shop knowing what to expect "

"The house is located in excellent proximity to highway, grocery, beach, dining, etc. The neighborhood is very peaceful (we sat out every night in the backyard and rarely heard any sounds at all!).
