"Overall experience was great. Only issues we had were the main kitchen sink had a bad leak at one point during the week. And 1 of the 2 dishwashers shorts out and did not work. Other than those it was a beautiful house. Would recommend to others. "

"Perfect place for our girls weekend. Location is great as well. We each had our own room and bathroom which was a plus. It was so nice to sit in the living room each morning while having our coffee telling stories about the night before. Salty Dogs is a great hole in the wall to start your nightly adventures. Be sure to bring towels and paper products as toilet paper and paper towels were limited. Enjoy!"

"Nice little condo on the 3rd floor of a quiet complex. One mile to downtown Folly Beach and the ocean.Property was clean, however, carpet in bedrooms needs to be replaced. Paint on baseboards and living room wall needs touch—ups, ice machine did not work. Property manager provided good info on restaurant nearby and location of grocery stores, etc.which we found helpful."

"Everything was perfect in our "home" away from home. The property was exactly as described and was a great central location from the airport, downtown, the beach and our plantation tour. There is shopping nearby where we got everything we needed to cook meals including Christmas dinner in the well stocked kitchen. I especially appreciated how new and clean everything in the home felt. Check-in and check-out were simple. Josie and Wellyn were awesome."
