I felt safe in this cottage; it was very clean; bed slept wonderful; water pressure and temp were great; cottage looks exactly like pictures; everything worked as expected, and my communications with the property manager were easy. "My wife worked at UK as a travel nurse and we booked very last minute. While she was at work I was in charge of watching the 4 month old and check in wasn’t till 1pm. We were able to call the house a home around 9:30am! Absolutely amazing service and PERFECT location for everyone! Definitely will be coming back "

"This was a planned vacation for my wife and I that turned into 4. Joyce was more than accommodating to that change. Every time that I messaged her, she responded quickly. We absolutely loved the apartment. It was immaculate. It was 100% accurate on description. Very quiet neighborhood but also within 10 minutes of downtown Lexington. When we come back next year, I'm definitely gonna book this place again. 5 star place and host"
