"住過幾次，本來印象都很好，所以都會一直列為到知本住宿的首選。這次覺得不太好，因為頂樓裸湯維修中，只好在房間泡湯，但浴缸卡污垢，明顯是之前房客用過後沒清潔，淋浴間也一樣卡垢不乾淨，這次的經驗真的不好，有點失望。"
