"This little cottage is very clean, have all the cooking utensils, extra towels, blankets. Also pet friendly. Nice back grass area to play with our pup. No fence to cover the property. But it was not a problem as no other animals around not much traffic on the roads as well. Very nice surroundings, beautiful mountain 360 views on top of the Mount Benambra summit. There's much to do even if you are not into fishing."

"We had the best time at Falls Creek. We loved staying at the Elk. Georgie and the team were very accommodating and so helpful from daily recommendations to baked treats. Would definitely come back and would highly recommend this fabulous location as a holiday spot! "

"My daughter lives and works an hour away from Tawonga South and was keen to explore the local area. I travelled from Newcastle, NSW, and we had a fantastic time walking around the local sights and enjoyed a drive to Bright, Porepunkah and Mt Buffalo chalet - an amazing part of the world with so much to see and do. "The garden room had us feeling like lizards in an enclosure, we loved it!! We slept SO well on beautiful linen and the kids loved the piano and hot tub! The pool area was gorgeous and an easy walk to a lovely cafe too! 10/10, would love to go back ❤️❤️"

"We all enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and well equipped family home. As we stayed in winter the wood fired heater added great atmosphere to the standard heating. Beautiful scenery and beautiful garden with a balcony we also enjoyed. Owners are very friendly and were happy to refund when we had to cancel the previous year due to Covid."

"Amazing accommodation, comfy stay, great view from the room. Quick and easy check-in. No toiletries or tea/coffee/sugar provided- BYO. The place has no lifts and hence have to get all your luggage upstairs by yourself through the narrow stairs. The approach is a steep climb and may not be very access friendly for older people or with kids. "
