"The property is clean and well maintained. All the amenities needed are provided. Check in and check out details were not provided, so had to contact the owner and wait for a response when we arrived and did not know what was expected of us upon leaving. Code lock doors would be a convenient upgrade. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Great view of the bay and a short walk to the gulf side. The place was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was the mattresses. Like other reviews have said they are pretty bad. I’d at least recommend a mattress topper if nothing else. "

"We had an absolutely amazing time staying at this house. The hosts were super quick at responding, the house was very spacious, and was honestly even better than the pics! Location was fantastic, there were tons of things stocked in the shed for us to use, they even had a booster chair and pack n’ play that were not listed. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!"

"The property was very nice, exactly like the pictures. We thought we were going to be on the beach but after reading the description again, we realized we were only on a sand dune near the beach. "Our dogs were able to come to the beach with us and let me tell you they enjoyed it! And we wouldn’t have been able to if the host didn’t accommodate us so we were thankful for that. It’s super centrally located and close to everything. Had everything we needed including an ice machine!"

"My wife and I stayed at Sea Dreams this past week. The overall experience was great. Mrs. Smith was an excellent host. She almost "over communicated " lol. We had some very small issues that were resolved quickly and or explained. For example the garbage disposal was not working...not a big deal for my wife and I. I would highly recommended this place, especially if you have a dog. The decks are great for hanging out and having a place for your dog to just enjoy the time outside. Our dog...

"We are two families with a total of 11 people, with kids ranging from 9-22. We have gone to Dauphin Island every year since 2017. We LOVED this house. We loved that the kids can walk down the steps and be on the beach. Our kids also loved the pool and the rooftop deck. The host was super communicative and organized. Very easy to deal with. House has lots of space and is very comfortable. We had a big birthday dinner with other friends joining us. Kitchen was great. Plenty of room for everyone....

"Very clean and affordable with a variety of beds. House had everything needed. Beautiful outdoor area. Lovely plants in yard. The back deck was large, but back yard was a bit over grown. A lot of potential with the back yard area. Only one tv for the entire house, but we didn’t watch much tv. Water hoses, outdoor shower and sink available that helped wash sand off. Definitely worth the price. "

There was a Gale force storm that lasted approximately 12 hours and did some minor damage to the house. It was extremely easy to contact the property manager to alert them to the damage."
