Birthday Getaway
Quiet neighborhood. Clean and neat property. Easy access to the entire island as we rode our bikes everywhere. Had some difficulty working the tv system...not familiar with that service.

Comfortable Bed and Clean Condo
Condo was very clean. Bed in Master was very comfortable. The shower was nice and warm with great water pressure. For the tv you can use YouTube - otherwise you will need to sign in to your hulu/netflix accounts. Just a heads up - the bedrooms don't have any chest of drawers so bring extra hangers or expect to leave clothes in suitcase. Also bring your beach towels as the condo does not provide that. Be aware that the island has biting flies - I had never heard of that before so bring some sort of bug spray with you because they really hurt. Also, we happened to be there during jellyfish season so bring white vinegar with you to the beach as well. The seafood was great - everyone was super friendly on the island. The beaches are beautiful - just know that it is not clear water even though it's on the gulf - it is brown/brackish because of the fresh water mixing in with the gulf - if you want clear emerald water - drive to Pensacola which was 1 hr 45 minutes away. Friendly people - delicious seafood - condo was centrally located. You will need to drive to the beach from the condo - not a big deal - took us 5 minutes. Also note that all the public beaches are $10 a day.

It was good.
Really nice house and fairly well divided from the neighbors as far as condos go. It did have some miner things that wrong when it comes to appliances, but we were able to let the host know.

Beautiful condo
The condo was absolutely beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable, I believe I got the best sleep of my life here! The kids room was so cute and was spacious enough for my three kids and I loved being able to bring my dog with us. He also seemed to enjoy it as we walked him up on the sand dunes behind the house. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. At one point during our stay, all 4 units were full and I still felt like we had a lot of privacy. I liked the laundry room being outside away from everything since we often brought sand back with us from the beach so we were able to keep it contained outside. We spent a lot of time exploring the sand dunes behind the condo, the public beach is super close too! I also liked being so close to Pirates Bar & Grill. We are already planning on returning! We loved this condo. I could leave a 5 star review for the island as well! This was the best vacation!

we had a very pleasant stay you could hear everyone upstairs walking around so bring your ear plugs the young person that helped us in brought towels and was incredibly pleasant do need more than one tp for 3 days would recommend having extras on site

Great condo for a small family
Our family of 3 enjoyed our stay here. We were visiting our friends who have a beach house on the Island so we only slept here and then left after breakfast each day. The coffee maker worked great. It’s a quiet neighborhood. The bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

WILL BOOK AGAIN
Everything about this rental is 5 star. Booking was quick and easy. We arrived earlier than expected and I contacted the booking manager who quickly responded letting us know we could check in early. The location of the rental is in a family friendly and safe! The unit is EXTREMELY clean. Your own back porch is a huge plus. Washers/Dryers located outside to keep the sand out! The kids LOVED the immediate access to the amazing and beautiful sand dunes located directly behind the home. THE BEST PART OF OUR STAY WAS HOW COMFORTABLE THE BED AND PILLOWS ARE. I’m currently 7 months pregnant and get no sleep, but I slept better than I have in years in the bed provided. 0 complaints from our family and without a doubt, 5 stars!

Enjoyed our Stay
My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. Exactly as described in the listing. Very clean. Easy to check in and out. The unit is right down the road from Pirates (which is fantastic) and close to public beaches. We especially loved walking up the sand dune behind the property to take in the view - so pretty!
