Although, several repairs are in order, we loved the house. In the homeowner's defense, there was a hurricane the first of the month and with so many homes damaged, I felt like they haven't gotten to this one yet. Some repairs had been made, to make it DS&S, but there are several others needed. The television in the "pool room" wasn't working and had to be replaced during our stay. The catch trays on the Foo's ball table are missing. I would suggest a rug under it or replace the trays. There was garbage in the can on the balcony on the rear of the house. We were careful to take care of all of our garbage as instructed. However, we didn't touch that can as we didn't feel it was our responsibility, plus it wasn't properly bagged and was kind of gross. Now, to end on a positive note, the house was so close to the water. This made it so convenient for us. You didn't have to transport your beach gear long distances. We simply moved them a few yards away from the surf to avoid the tide getting them. Everything you needed to cook with was available. We had plenty of room for everyone in our party. The "widow's perch" was perfect for evening sunset pics and moonlight on the water pics. I could just sit on the front porch for hours. Everything we needed or have at home was there for our use. Oh, the pool on the deck was great! It was perfect for our little ones. We even got in a few times ourselves. Other than the few things I mentioned in the beginning, we loved the house and the service we received from the rental company. They were very accommodating. I would recommend this property to anyone.
