"Excellent, modest resort. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite that had all the amenities we needed. Everything in the suite and the property was clean and well-maintained. there is a nice lawn area with gas fire-pits where they often have movies or live music, but some nights it is just the fire-pits to relax around. I say modest because the property and are not overly large and gated off from the surroundings. Very New England, not sunbelt."

"Love the closeness to the beach, affordable stay. Clean, but there was mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. A place to hang clothes would have been nice. The owner is in contact through texting, and is very receptive."

"In one word AMAZING! We rented this property to gather our immediate family, adult children and grandchildren. We had a tragedy in our family as my oldest son was killed, this made our once close family, split apart.
