Utter Gem
I really enjoyed my stay here. The unit was clean, well appointed, comfortable, and had a refreshing contingent of live plants to make it feel lush and lively. The host was super nice in conversation. If I ever stay in Dayton again, I would go out if my way to try to gwt the same place.

Unfortunate stay
The apartment is a nice place in an older building with fine vintage architecture, good decor, and a neighborhood that has a lot to offer during the daytime. I rented it to save myself an hour of sleep after a late night at the hospital followed by a very early morning.The place was generally clean, (floors free of grit or debris, surfaces free of dust), but the cleaning service hired by the property owner clearly had not been in. I am fortunate that I followed a neat guest, who put their empty pizza box out of the way on the kitchen counter, and their beer cans and fast food bag out of sight in the kitchen garbage. Nevertheless, there were damp towels in the bathroom and the bed was unmade. I had 6 hours before having to be back at work and so put up with it for the night. The owner apologized for the state of the place but that's about it. I assume this was a one-time thing and this review will be an exception, but just in case it isn't, it needs to be said. If you find yourself in similar circumstances with a one-night stay, then my guess is there are some sort of shenanigans going on.Also, the bed is not comfortable, which could be much ameliorated by the addition of a mattress topper. Given how inexpensive it was, I overlooked it, but think the nightly rate could be higher with just that change.

This is a well-decorated and well-maintained one-bedroom unit that is in a charming neighborhood, just a short walk from good restaurants. The owner is well organized and quite responsive to needs of the guest.

Our stay was absolutely incredible. The property was exactly as described, and even better in person. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we wanted to do in the Oregon District. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. We felt so relaxed and at home. The neighbor/property manager was super friendly. This apt is nicely tucked into a great location within the historic Oregon district which was convenient to all the things we planned to do while in Dayton. The unit is roomy, very clean, and decorated with class. Bonus is all the live plants throughout. Plus Tom is a very responsive and friendly property manager. Really great stay.

A great weekend
I was in Dayton visiting my daughter and her family. This property is only a block away from them. It made everything so convenient. The manager is an added plus. He was very kind and even loaned me a steamer in case I didn’t want to use the iron. This is my second time at this address, just a different apartment. Both provided a pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be a repeat guest.
