Great host & property
Leslie was so nice and responsive. My family of 3 loved staying in her cute and roomy cottage, only half a block from the beach and a few blocks from the shops and restaurants on Flagler Ave.

Family Vacation 2024
I have nothing bad to say about this property! I initially had booking problems on another site and Leslie was available to help months before. My positive experience started at that time. We walked in to a perfectly clean cottage and proceeded to have a great week! It’s a perfect distance to the beach and shopping and dinners out. I am planning my next trip to New Smyrna and this cottage will be my first reservation!

Great location!
Our stay here was great. The house was clean and as described. The deck out back was perfect for meals. We enjoyed our stay. Could not have asked for a better location. All the main attractions were a short walk away.

The location cannot be beat. You don't need to get back in your car for anything. Easy walking distance to great food, live music and shopping. Very relaxing home and will be back again soon.

Very good
Clean and tidy property; good living room space particularly, and is accurately described on listing. Very easy to find. Easy to keep cool in hot weather. Helpful to find beach towels and some beach equipment as international visitors who couldn't carry these. We mainly picked this location to allow visiting Kennedy Space Center - easy drive to there in about an hour.

Comfortable Cottage
This adorable cottage was so comfortable and well appointed. The location can't be beat -- just a block from the beach and Flagler. Though close to major streets and attractions, the home was very quiet. The outdoor space was wonderful with enough room to host a dinner of 10-12. We loved watching all of the butterflies while having morning coffee. The driveway could also accommodate up to 4 cars which is a huge plus in a congested beach town. Overall it was a perfect weekend getaway and Leslie was so easy to work with.

Ladies Long Weekend
Three of us enjoyed a wonderful long weekend in this gem. The home is immaculately kept. It is evident the owner keeps up on the details of this home as it is very well kept. Beds, bedding, pillows and cozy towels were welcome amenities as well as the lovely outside back yard. We were a short walk to Flagler Ave as well as directly across from the beach. The area is very safe and quiet. The owner was very responsive and timely on all matters. We all agreed this home would be one we will rent again while we are in the area. Highly recommend.

Great location, clean property
We loved our stay here while spending the weekend in NSB. The property was perfect for my husband and I and our toddler. The location was fantastic and the property was exceptionally clean. And I say this as a mom who spends a lot of time fishing pacifiers and toys from underneath beds, tables, chairs and other places that are often overlooked by cleaners. I’d highly recommend this property and would stay here again!
