New Years get away
This was our 2nd year staying here . It's an amazing location, close to all the great sights and happenings. And quiet place to come back too when we are done for the day. There is a few maintenance things that need attention. The patio blinds were broken last year and still were this year. We brought camping chairs to sit in as the couch only really fits 2. The stools are nice but not to watch TV or play games. Bottom line this is still an excellent place to stay.

Clean and comfortable—would stay again
Overall it was a great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. The key pad was unusual and it took a long time to unlock the door every time we entered the apartment and the host was a bit slow in responding. But other than those two issues, it was a great place and those two things would not dissuade me from here staying again. Loved the Black Hills!

Vacation
The condo worked out very well. Location was great for all we wanted to do. Size of unit is just right for 4 people. Very quiet in September. Scenery and animals were wonderful. The slider slats need some work but that is the only thing we found. Very pleased!!

Perfect location
Great location! We really enjoyed the condo. Was the perfect location to be able to explore Deadwood, Spearfish, and drive to Devils Tower. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Great setup for 2 couples
Condo is centrally located with easy access to everything you'd want to do in the hills. Nice remodel and super comfortable with 2 private master suites and an open concept living space. Property manager very responsive - would definitely stay there again!

Love the town and the location of the unit
We had an ok stay in this condo. The finishing were newer and the place was clean. We had a problem with hot water and one of the tubs never fully drained. It was gross getting into cold dirty water each morning. The thing that disappointed us the most was after reaching out to the host to let him know he never responded. We dropped a good amount of money we deserve to get a response, sorry for that inconvenience or I’ll be right over. Nothing but silence. Also on t seems there is some water damages in the bathroom. If you are sensitive to mold or musty air try somewhere else for sure. I was the only one that had the courage to walk through the main hallway. It smelled like an ashtray and was not fun. Our crew use the outside door but one brave sole had to lock it from the inside and use the front door. I think this place deserves the 3 stars due to the lack of attention from the host.

Nice location and the condo was roomy and nicely updated. Unfortunately, there was an infestation of what looked like cockroaches in the complex. We killed a few dozen. Also, the only heat source seemed to be an electric tv credenza in the living room but nothing in the bedrooms. Luckily the weather was mild.

Enjoyed our stay
Initially condo was not clean when we got there (at 10 pm). We found enough clean cheers to make the beds, got in contact with owner and there was a miscommunication with the housekeeper. She came out next morning and cleaned condo and put fresh sheets on bed and left a sweet note apologizing for the miscommunication. It was a great place to stay near all the places we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay there again.

Stay in Lead!
We had 2 adult couples who stayed at this location and it was perfect! Each had their own bedroom and bathroom! We did not spend much time in the living area but it was satisfactory! Place was easy to find and a beautiful view on the way back from deadwood! Would recommend as we want to stay there again as well

Condo in Lead
The condo was very clean and spacious. The deck door was next to parking so it was easy to unload the car. As in the other reviews, it took us a while to figure out the lock and would have liked instructions. Also, the condo could use some new pots and pans. We really liked the Roku tv. The common area had a charcoal grill which wasn’t convenient to use. We would stay there again and highly recommend this unit.

Short stay
The experience was comfortable facilities. And easy reservation and registration. The roku tv was new to us and could have had a tutorial available. The hallway had an odor, but the condo itself was exceptionally clean.

Great stay in Lead
This property was a great location for us to take day trips out each day to Mt Rushmore, Devils Tower, and Deadwood. We loved the split bedroom arrangement. Also, parking right by the patio doors was great for loading and unloading our baggage.

Great Location & Clean Condo
Very clean and nice size condo with plenty of room for four guests. Great location in Lead. We were on the go a lot, and didn't really utilize the large TV in the LR or TVs in the bedrooms. Plenty of kitchen appliances and bathroom towels for our 4 night trip. The only complaint is that the door lock can be very aggravating to open. Brett should change this for one out for another more user friendly. Also, the blinds allow quite a bit of sunlight, but we were early risers so it didn't bother us too much. Otherwise, a very nice and clean place to stay near Deadwood and Spearfish. We would definitely stay there again, even with the door lock issue. Just remember to be patient with it. Brett was easy to communicate with and replied to all my texts promptly. The McGhee's

Nice place to stay
This condo is a nice place to stay for exploring the South Hills. Just down the street in walking distance are a handful of bars, restaurants, and shops. It is a few minute drive to Deadwood. We did have trouble getting into the condo as it has a modern type keypad lock and we couldn't figure out how to use it. A google search and watching a YouTube video took care of that problem. We then couldn't get back in one evening, likely operator error. The owner had the cleaning lady stop by and she figured I was hitting a number when I was "waking up" the screen. The unit was clean and nicely set up. We could hear noise from other condos when we walked in the hallway, but once inside our unit we never heard anything from other condos. A bit of traffic noise since it is right by the road, but it wasn't a problem. We would stay here again if we are in that vicinity.
