Room was was spacious, nice and cleaned daily. I requested a room change and this was done without hesitation. I reported minor damage ..."

"On arrival they claimed they did not have my reservation... they also claimed they did not work with Orbitz. When I showed them their listing on Orbitz they did not believe it...
