This is an amazing river side house with beautiful views and many amenities. It’s at the end of a circle and offers privacy, quiet and seclusion. The description tells you everything you can expect, but not what is not included. We didn’t know to bring creamer (there was no dry powder), though there was coffee and sugar. Honestly, the house was the nicest we’ve stayed in, so no creamer, no big deal. We hope to stay again!

Beautiful Home
This house will make you smile. It is so well done you can't help but feel relaxed. This is the second time I have rented it and will for sure do it again. The home is in such a quite spot and the view of the lake is breathtaking. If you are looking for a great place to stay this is your house for sure.

We enjoyed staying in your home! The location was great and the house was very comfortable and clean. There were so many extras, such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc one of the better places we’ve ever stayed. The water equipment was wonderful, we truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return!!

Great River Home
By far the best I've stayed at. The home was everything I thought it would be and more. Rex was an amazing host and stayed in contact with me the whole time. I would give more stars if possible. If you're looking for a place on the river this is where you need to stay.

The property was beautiful. Plenty of space for everyone. The boat dock with paddle boat and boards were perfect entertainment for the kids. We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to visit again.

A Beautiful spot
My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Checkin was a breeze, Rex was a great host, and the property/house was beautiful (we really enjoyed watching the osprey nest across the cove). We parked our boat in the covered dock which made fishing very easy. We'd go out in the morning, come back for lunch and then go back out to catch more fish in the afternoon. My wife worked from the house on their high speed internet while I fished a two day tournament. The property is located conveniently 20 minutes from Dayton municipal park/boat ramp, the location of many major bass tournaments launch sites.. if you don't want to deal with tournament launch chaos, it's an easy 8 mile run to blast off in Richland Creek. We will definitely come back. Thanks Rex!!! Craig & Suzy

Beautiful river home
We were in town for a bass tournament. This home is absolutely beautiful and has an amazing view of the water. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. I would definitely return. Rex is very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Wonderful!!
My son was in a wedding at Howe farms which was about 25 mins away, we could not have asked for a better place to stay, house was very clean and perfect for us! Setting was very peaceful and quiet. Sat out on deck watching the geese and ospreys almost every morning. Beautiful sunset as well. Loved it! Highly recommend!

So Peaceful!
We didn't want to leave! The house was so clean and had so many thoughtful extras. It was extremely clean and Rex was just awesome to work with! We will definitely be renting from this owner in the future!

Relaxing getaway
The house was very nice and had everything we needed. The host resolved an issue that popped up very quickly. The house is off the beaten path so there aren’t many restaurants close and it’s also located in a dry county.

Not a good location with dogs
We loved the house. But if you have dogs or like to walk it's not a good location. We drove every day at least a half an hour or longer trying to find trails to go on. We actually left for 2 days because there's really nothing close to do. If you have a boat, it's perfect.

Great Wedding Weekend
It was great! Our son got married at Howe Farms. This was about 20 minutes away. The large open space living room/kitchen area was awesome for us to sit and talk. We enjoyed watching the eagle outside. It was a morning ritual. Unit was very clean and we greatly enjoyed.

Awesome place
This is one house that you go and you feel at home. Good quality towels, bed sheets and clean!! I have stayed in both houses they have and nothing to say but good things. The dock space, if you don't have a boat is better in the smaller house, as well as the kayak launch area, which is not present in this bigger house. We cooked and didn't leave the house, so we had everything we needed. We played games, as we had some rain, and the space for 6 adults, 1 teen and 1 dog was great. Everyone loved everything. I will definitely stay in these houses in the future.

Beautiful and relaxing
Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our time at Mile Marker 514. The hosts were very accommodating and thoughtfully furnished the house with everything a guest could need to have a wonderful time. The boating was spectacular! We watched a mama deer and her fawns cross the river right in front of the paddle boat we were on- also furnished by the hosts. We would definitely stay here again.
